VOLUNTEER

Why Volunteer at Pecometh?

Volunteers are the backbone of Pecometh. By offering your time, you help us provide affordable programs, maintain our facilities, and create life-changing experiences for our guests. Every year, volunteers contribute thousands of hours of service, helping to ensure our programs and facilities remain top-notch.

Volunteer Day

Join us in April for our annual Volunteer Day to help us prepare camp for the busy warm weather months. Whether you come as an individual or with a group, your efforts make a big impact.

Office Volunteers

Help us with clerical tasks such as folding, stuffing envelopes, and preparing thank-you notes. It's a great way to support Pecometh behind the scenes.

Spiritual Life Coordinators

(SLCs) Serve as a pastor or lay leader for a week of summer camp, leading Bible studies and worship services. Your spiritual leadership can make a lasting impression on young campers.

Camp Nurses

Registered Nurses are needed to staff our Health Center for a week of summer camp. Provide essential care and ensure the safety and well-being of our campers.

Work Teams

Church groups, community organizations, and other groups can help with building and repair projects throughout the year. Bring your team and lend a hand to keep Pecometh running smoothly.

Staff Alumni

Were you once part of our summer staff? The Camp Pecometh Staff Alumni Association (CPSAA) keeps former staffers connected through reunion picnics, work projects, and more. Relive your favorite Pecometh memories while giving back to current campers and staff.
