At Pecometh, we believe every child should have the opportunity to experience the joy, growth, and adventure of camp. We offer flexible payment options, discounts, and financial aid programs to make camp accessible for families of all backgrounds.
Camperships
Pecometh’s camperships are designed to support families who need financial assistance to send their children to camp.
- Week-Long Overnight Programs: $200 camperships available.
- Mini-Camp: $50 camperships available.
- Spain Grant Program covers the full cost of one week of camp (minus the $50 registration fee).

Flexible Payment Options
Pay at Your Pace:
- $50 non-refundable deposit per camper per program is required at registration.
- Set up interest-free monthly payments between registration and June 1.
- Need more time? Contact Julie Lutz to extend payment plans beyond June 1.
Payment Methods:
- E-Check (ACH): Save on credit card processing fees and help Pecometh reduce costs.
- Credit Card: Accepted without additional fees.
- Check or Cash: Payments by mail are welcome.

Thrifty Fifty: Referral Bonus
Help spread the word about Pecometh! When you refer a first-time camper:
- Both you and your friend will receive a $50 credit toward camp fees.
- Credits can add up to the total cost of your camper family balance.
Volunteer Discount
Skilled volunteers are vital to Pecometh’s success. In exchange for one week of service, volunteers receive room, board, and a camp scholarship equal to the cost of a week of Riverside camp.
Volunteer Opportunities:
- Healthcare Staff: Licensed RNs, APRNs, or physicians provide medical care and administer medications.
- Spiritual Life Coordinators: Pastors or youth leaders guide Bible studies and worship services.

Discounted Camper Fees
We understand the importance of saving money, and we offer several discounts to help families.
- Sibling Discount: Save 10% on program fees for the second and subsequent campers registered at the same time.
- Three or More Weeks Discount: Save 10% on fees when registering for three or more weeks of camp. Use code THREECAMP10.
- Mini Camp Back-to-Back Discount: Save on fees for campers attending consecutive Mini Camp or Presto! sessions. Use code B2BMINI.
- Early Bird Discounts:
- Save 10% on fees if paid in full by January 1 (code JAN10).
- Save 5% on fees if paid in full by February 1 (code FEB5).
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Plans change, and we strive to balance fairness with financial stewardship.
- Before June 1: Refunds may be available minus the deposit, depending on space availability.
- After June 1: No refunds except for verifiable medical reasons.
