Part-Time Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our mission through accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in QuickBooks and payroll processing, organized, and committed to excellence and confidentiality.
Position Details:
Compensation: $18–$22/hour
Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week (onsite only)
Hours: Flexible within 8 AM–5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and process ADP payroll
Manage accounts payable/receivable, checks, deposits, and reconciliations
Generate monthly and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, HR, benefits administration, and guest services as needed
Qualifications:
Proven QuickBooks and payroll experience (required)
Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Degree in accounting or related experience preferred

Kitchen Staff
The successful candidate has:
- Prefer a minimum of 6 months food service experience, but willing to train.
- Ability to work weekdays and some weekends.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, 10 – 20 hours/week.
- Ability to follow simple instructions consistently.
Maintenance Staff
The successful candidate can:
- Work a full-time, flexible schedule.
- Maintain, repair, and clean facilities; including buildings, vehicles, and grounds.
- Work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Lift up to 60 pounds.
SEASONAL POSITIONS
Position: Volunteer Healthcare Staff
We're looking for licensed RNs, APRNs, or physicians to volunteer for one week of camp in exchange for room, board, and a camp scholarship equal to the cost of a week of Riverside Camp. Candidates must be licensed to work in the state of Maryland (or have a compact license) and experience working with children is preferred.
