Dedicated Time for Growth, Learning, and Connection

Pecometh’s Wednesday Workshops are designed to provide clergy, church leaders, and individuals with a day to step back, focus, and grow. These one-day workshops offer a peaceful environment to explore important topics, share ideas, and connect with others who share your passion for ministry and service.

Each workshop features expert facilitators, engaging discussions, and plenty of time for reflection and hands-on planning. Whether you’re brainstorming creative worship ideas, diving into spiritual practices, or tackling church leadership challenges, our Wednesday Workshops provide the tools and inspiration you need to take your ministry to the next level.

How to Navigate Conflict as a Non-Anxious Presence

In today's increasingly polarized world, even congregations aren't spared from conflicts over social, political, and ministry-related issues. These disagreements can leave us feeling stuck and damage relationships if not properly managed.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify the different types of conflicts, as well as how family systems theory can help you lead as a non-anxious presence when others are upset.

The workshop leader is Jack Shitama, author of several books including Anxious Church, Anxious People: How to Lead Change in an Age of Anxiety.
